The Challenge

North Pole Experience (NPX) is a beloved holiday destination that immerses families in the magic of Santa’s workshop. Despite its popularity, the brand lacked a cohesive identity and visual system that matched the scale and emotion of the experience. NPX needed a refreshed brand, website, and a suite of marketing materials that could capture the wonder of the journey and drive ticket sales year after year.

Strategy & Approach

Our task was to modernize and unify NPX’s identity while preserving its nostalgic charm. The brand had to speak to both children and parents, reflect the immersive nature of the experience, and translate seamlessly across print, digital, and motion platforms. We also needed to build a dynamic website and robust visual content—from computer-generated animation to photography and video—that could keep the brand top of mind in a highly seasonal and competitive market.
