The Challenge
Symmetry Companies came to us with a bold vision for the next chapter of Pine Canyon — a new residential and recreational expansion anchored by a custom-designed amenity inspired by historic forest lookouts. The challenge was to create a name, identity, and storytelling framework that honored the legacy of the existing Pine Canyon brand while introducing a distinct sense of place for this new offering.

Strategy & Approach
We developed a full naming and brand identity system around The Lookout, with the fire watchtower as both a literal destination and symbolic marker for the community. We carried forward Pine Canyon’s established brand elements while adding fresh visual layers, including illustration systems, lifestyle-driven photography, and an identity suite that felt rooted and refined. Our team led creative direction across renderings, video, photography, and on-site marketing tools, helping position The Lookout as a legacy-worthy addition to the Pine Canyon story.
